These Terms govern your use of the Bloc Delivery website (the “Site”). You represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms.

The Site provides the service of connecting customers with merchants. Unless expressly stated on the Site, the goods and services featured on the Site are offered, sold and delivered by the merchant members. You agree that your purchases are being made between you and the merchant. We are in no way responsible for the quality of goods or services offered by the merchant members. Questions regarding merchant members’ products and/or services featured on the Site should be directed to the appropriate merchant.

The services provided by Bloc Delivery are volunteer services and are free of charge.  You agree that you will not hold Bloc Delivery responsible for any incidental damages that occur when transporting or delivering any goods.

All personally identifiable information that is held on the Site, including all names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses will be used solely for the purpose of delivering goods.

The Site is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account, you electronically agree to accept and receive communications from Bloc Delivery including via email, text message, calls, and push notifications to the cellular telephone number you provided regarding delivery information.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bloc Delivery from and against any and all actual or alleged claims, damages, costs, losses, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees), whether in contract or in tort, including, but not limited to, damages to property or personal injury.
